Recognize accomplishments with downloadable, college-branded certificate designs that can be customized with your honoree and award information.
These customizable certificate designs are available in bleed or non-bleed styles in both Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint formats. Download your preferred design and customize with the award name, honoree or recipient, their recognition or achievement, date and unit representative signature lines. Please email CFAES_BAT@osu.edu if you encounter any problems accessing them.

Certificate 1: Bold with Bleed
Layout style: Scarlet background with bleed on all sides.
Available for CFAES, CFAES Wooster, OSU Extension, and Ohio 4-H.
Certificate 2: MODERN with FRAME
Layout style: Natural gray line background with offset art element and bleed on all sides.
Available for CFAES, CFAES Wooster, OSU Extension, and Ohio 4-H.
Certificate 3: classic design with no bleed
Layout style: Non-bleed design, minimalistic style.
Available for CFAES, CFAES Wooster, OSU Extension, and Ohio 4-H.
