Handouts
Every message we send or promote reflects our brand. We want our audience to immediately recognize a communication from the college when they see it, and the use of branded templates ensures all units are communicating in a consistent way.
Our handout templates have fully customizable content regions, so you can add text, tables, graphs, charts, photos, and other important information. Each version has been created in both Microsoft PowerPoint (RGB) and Adobe InDesign (RGB and CMYK) software.
These templates have been designed with accessibility in mind. The minimum type size has been set. DO NOT make type smaller to fit more text into the layout. If you require more text, create a page on your website and direct your audience there.

basic handout TEMPLATE 1
Layout style: One-sided, no bleeds; large hero image; minimal text.
Used for: Image-driven announcements that require a minimal explanation.
Requirements: High-quality photo or illustration.

Layout style: Two-sided; large hero image; text-driven; space for charts, graphs, and/or tables.
Used for: Communications that require detailed explanation.
