The Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences (CFAES) Wooster combines the CFAES Wooster research facilities with Ohio State ATI.
While it's not a requirement to use the CFAES Wooster mark, it's a resource available to use for anyone on the Wooster campus. All colorways and configurations, including versions for merchandise, have been created. This mark must always be used in conjunction with the college tag.
All branding rules for the CFAES logo apply to the CFAES Wooster mark as well: Make sure there is at least one Block O width of clear space on all sides, and do not add any graphics, words, or art elements to it.
Note: We use the horizontal logo only when there are vertical design restrictions, such as headers, footers, etc.
If you have used the previously available vertical configuration, please plan to update your materials with either the stacked or horizontal logo before redistributing or reprinting. For any new materials, use one of the logo configurations above.
Editorially, on first reference for CFAES Wooster, use The Ohio State University College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Science (CFAES) Wooster. Thereafter, use CFAES Wooster or the CFAES Wooster campus, both of which must always be preceded by the official name of the college: College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences.
For Ohio State ATI, which is an entity located at CFAES Wooster (or the CFAES Wooster campus), use the Wooster mark, and refer in the copy that Ohio State ATI is located at CFAES Wooster, or the CFAES Wooster campus.
CFAES Wooster branding example
A - You must use the CFAES tag. This is an example of how to use the the tall version and "hang" it or bleed it off the page.
B - You are not required to use the CFAES Wooster mark but if your program, event, or topic is specific to that location, it's appropriate to use the mark on your digital or print publication. Your logo does not need to appear on the front of your piece (unless it's a one-sided piece, of course). If space is limited, or it makes sense with the design, you can shift the logo to the back. Just remember to leave at least one Block O's width of clear space on all sides of the logo to protect its legibility.
