Beginning in June, The Ohio State University will transition to a new stage of the research recovery plan for reopening on-campus research labs and field activities. The resumption of operations on campuses will include a combination of the use of appropriate face coverings, physical distancing, hand hygiene, limited density in indoor spaces, control of the flow of traffic into and around buildings, continued employee teleworking when possible, testing, symptoms tracking and contact tracing. Signage will play an important role in keeping people safe and informed as we begin to interact with one another.
The university is taking the lead on signage development and installation, however, if you have specific needs that aren't being addressed by the initial offerings, please contact us and we'll work with you to develop something to fit your needs. From posters encouraging social distancing and handwashing, to directional signage and lab cleaning schedules, this digital kit should help you get started. The PDF files are available in standard sizes and can be printed from your desktop printer.
• General Ohio State signage can be downloaded or ordered through UniPrint here.
• CFAES-specific signage can be downloaded here.
Facilities Operations and Development will provide a base-level of signage to promote physical distancing. You can verify the installation date and signage package for your building type and then place an order for supplemental signage, if needed.
